摘　　要： 高校是育人之地,高校党员干部队伍的纯洁性引导着大学文化的价值追求,规范着大学文化的生成方向,决定着人才培养的目标与质量。对高校党员干部队伍纯洁性建设研究,文化透视不可或缺。文章从文化的视角对高校党员干部队伍的纯洁性内涵进行了诠释;对高校党员干部队伍纯洁性建设面临的文化挑战进行了较为深入的阐述;从加强文化自觉的角度对高校党员干部队伍纯洁性建设的重要性进行了论证;提出了高校党员干部队伍纯洁性建设的实现途径。 Since the college is the cradle for talents, the purity of party members and cadres guides the direction of the values of college culture, regulates the formation of college culture, and decides the target and quality of talent cultivation. Cultural insight is indispensable for the study of the purity construction of party members and cadres at colleges and universities. The thesis is to explain the connotation of the purity of college party members and cadres from a cultural point of view, further expound the challenges faced in building the purity of college party members and cadres, argue the importance of the purity of college party members and cadres from the perspective of strengthening cultural self-consciousness, and put forward the ways of building the purity of party members and cadres at colleges and universities.
