摘　　要： 构建了以供应链设计和供应链整合为中介变量的信息共享对供应链绩效间接作用机理的理论模型,并以广东省珠三角地区162家制造业企业为调查对象,利用结构方程对信息共享、供应链设计、供应链整合及供应链绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果发现,信息共享与供应链绩效之间存在三条间接作用路径,即"信息共享—供应链设计—供应链绩效"、"信息共享—供应链整合—供应链绩效"和"信息共享—供应链设计—供应链整合—供应链绩效",这表明供应链伙伴间的信息共享确实可以通过以供应链设计和供应链整合为中介变量而间接地作用于供应链绩效,进一步验证了信息共享的重要价值。 empirical Based on the sample of research has been done manufacturing enterprises of Pearl River to assess the relationship of information with the mediating role of supply chain design and supply chain integration Delta area in Guangdong Province, an sharing and supply chain performance The result shows that there are three indirect paths in the relationship between information sharing and supply chain performance, the first one is ＇infor- mation sharing-supply chain design-supply chain performance＇, the second is ＇information sharing-supply chain inte- gration-supply chain performance＇, and the last one is ＇information sharing-supply chain design-supply chain integra- tion-supply chain performance＇, which provide evidence that there is indirect positive influence of information shar- ing on supply chain performance with the mediating role of supply chain design and supply chain integration. Besides, we also find that supply chain design has significant positive influence on supply chain integration.
