摘 要: 研究乌贼墨多糖的体外抗氧化活性。采用总还原力和总抗氧化能力,以及羟基自由基和DPPH自由基的清除能力四项指标对乌贼墨多糖的体外抗氧化能力进行测定。在本实验所设定的质量浓度范围内,乌贼墨多糖对羟自由基和DPPH自由基具有一定的清除能力,具有较高的抗氧化能力与还原能力。因而,乌贼墨多糖是一种较好的天然抗氧化剂。 In the present paper antioxidant effects of squid ink polysaccharides (S1PG) in vitro were investigated. The antioxidant ability was evaluated by the following four indexes, reducing power, scavenging activity of hydroxyl radical, scavenging activity of DPPH radical and total antioxidant activity. In the indicated concentrations, SIPG scavenged DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals to a certain extent, and possessed strong antioxidant ability and reducing power. The above data suggested that SIPG was a good natural antioxidant.
