摘　　要： 在民办高职院校开设中草药栽培技术课程,针对民办高职学生的学习特点,对传统理论教学和实践教学模式进行思考和改进,探索出适应本校学生特点的新型理论教学和实践模式,调动学生的自主学习积极性,着重培养学生的团队精神和实践能力。 In this paper, according to the characteristics of the students who are from private technical college, the traditional theoretical and experimental teaching reforms of medical plants cultivation were discussed. Several new patterns of theoretical and experimental teaching reforms which adapt to the character- istics of our students were explored. And those methods could improve the students＇ self-learning initiative, team spirit and practical abilities.
