摘　　要： 按照国家知识产权局的部署,广东省佛山市南海区、广州市和东莞市等三个城市作为我国第一、二批知识产权质押融资试点地区开展了知识产权质押融资实践,取得了一定的成效。总结这三个地区主要的共同经验,研究分析广东省开展知识产权质押融资存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出相关政策建议。 According to the deployment of the State Intellectual Property Office, the practice is being carried out in three cities of Guangdong province, including Nanhai district of Foshan, Guangzhou and Dongguan as the first and the second batch of intellectual property rights （IPR） pledge financing pilot areas. Some success has been made. The article summa- rizes the common experiences of the IPR pledge financing in the three main areas studies the existing problems of IPR pledge financing in Guangdong and puts forward some relevant policy proposals.
