摘 要: 气动计量系统在工业生产中的应用较为普遍。典型气动计量系统的气动元件较多,控制逻辑复杂,维护不便,根据计量工作要求对原有气动计量回路进行了简化设计,在此基础上利用外部指令、监视信号引导程序流程的方法,进行了模块化程序设计,保证了气动计量装置的可靠性和灵活性。 Pneumatic metering system is more common in the industrial production. Typical pneumatic metering system with much more pneumatic components is more complex in control logig, its maintenance is inconvenience, original pneumatic metering circuits is simplified based on work requirements. Then program flow is guided by external instructions and monitoring signal to carry the modular program, ensuring the reliability and flexibility of pneumatic metering device.
