摘　　要： 对大学生进行就业指导是高等院校教育的重点工作之一。当前就业形势仍然严峻,对高等院校就业指导课的有效性进行研究探析,有利于提高就业指导课对大学生就业的指导作用,促进大学生顺利、合理就业,对推动大学生就业指导工作的进步也有重要意义。 It is one of the key tasks of the universities to give employment guidance to the college students. The em- ployment situation is very serious nowadays. To explore the effectiveness of employment guidance course is good for college students in the employment guidance. It is also useful to help improve undergraduates employments success- fully and rationally. Besides it has great importance to promote the progress on the work of launching employment.
