摘 要: 利用正交实验,研究了丝光沸石负载H3PW12O40的最佳条件。用此固体酸对碱木质素进行催化降解,最佳条件为:木质素与催化剂质量比为3∶4、温度80℃、时间6 h、溶剂体系中醇/水为1∶1。采用差示紫外光谱法测定降解前、后产品的酚羟基含量,负载后降解的产物酚羟基含量有所增加,提高了木质素的化学活性。 Optimal conditions of making H3PW12O40/ Mordenite and degradation of alkali lignin were studied by orthogonal experiment.The best conditions of making H3PW12O40/ Mordenite were as follows: the mass ratio of lignin and catalyst was 3:4;reflux time and temperature was 6 h and 80 ℃,respectively;solvent system was 1:1 alcohol/water.Phenolic hydroxyl content of alkali lignin was measured by differential ultraviolet spectrophotometry before and after dgradating.The results showed that using Solid acid/Mordenite as catalyst could improve the lignin chemical activity and increase phenolic hydroxyl content,which would provide technical reference for the utilization of lignin.
