机织针织复合结构增强复合材料的弯曲性能

摘  要: 选用玻璃纤维作为经纬纱,高强涤纶作为针织纱,编织机织针织复合(CWK)织物,并以其为增强体采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺制作增强复合材料.对该增强复合材料的横向、纵向和斜向弯曲性能进行了测试,分析各个方向的弯曲载荷-挠度特征曲线及其弯曲断裂形态.研究结果显示:该增强复合材料具有较好的轴向弯曲性能,其横向和纵向弯曲性能均优于斜向,且弯曲断裂都表现出一定的塑性,横向的弯曲能量低于其他方向. The co-woven-knitted (CWK) fabric was produced using glass filaments as warp and weft inserted yarns and high tenacity polyester as stitch yarn. Then the CWK fabric was used as reinforcing to produce the CWK reinforced composites by vacuum assisted resin transfer molding process. The width- wise, longitudinal, and diagonal bending of the CWK reinforced composites was tested. The bending properties of the composites were investigated by analyzing the load-deflection curves and breaking modes. The strength comparison was made between the warp and weft of the composites. The results revealed that the bending strength in the axial direction was relatively higher, and the bending strength in weft and warp directions was better than that in diagonal direction. Plastic fracture breaking was observed and bending energy absorbing in the weft direction was less than those in other directions.
