摘 要: 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、咪唑和PEG400为原料,合成了封闭型水性聚氨酯预聚体。初步探讨合成反应的工艺条件,并且探索了预聚体的解封温度。将得到的预聚体应用于纸张涂布处理,研究表面涂布量2~8g·m-2时,纸张的物理强度的变化情况。在涂布量8g.m-2时,湿强保留率达到42.85%。 The enclosed water-based polyurethane pre-polymer was synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), imidazole and PEG400 as materials. The process conditions of synthetic reaction were discussed as well as the deblocking temperature of the pre-polymer. And the synthesized pre-polymer was applied in coating treatment of paper surface to discuss the physical strength changes of paper under the coating weight ranged from 2 to 8 g.m-2. Results showed that the wet strength retention rate can reached to 42.85% under 8 g.m 2 of coating weight.
