摘 要: 以对乙酰胺基苯胺为原料合成4,4′-二氨基偶氮苯,进一步经重氮化、Sandmeyer反应得到4,4′-二溴偶氮苯,再经Suzuki偶联反应得到4,4′-二(2-噻吩基)偶氮苯,利用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振谱对各产物进行了表征。采用FeCl3氧化聚合成得到聚4,4′-二(2-噻吩基)偶氮苯,并测定其UV-Vis吸收光谱、溶液及固体荧光光谱、循环伏安曲线及光致发光光谱,得到该聚合物光学带隙Eg为2.14eV,电化学带隙为2.06 eV,EHOMO为-5.56 eV,ELUMO为-3.50 eV。 Using p-acetylaminoaniline as starting reactant, 4,4′-diaminoazobenzene was synthesized, and further by diazotization, Sandmeyer reaction 4, 4′- dibromoazobenzene was synthesized too, then by the Suzuki cross coupling reaction, 4,4′-bis(2-thienyl) azobenzene was prepared. All the above products were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. PolY (4,4′-bis (2-thienyl) azobenzene) synthesized by oxidation of 4,4′- bis(2-thienyl) azobenzene with FeC13 was characterized by UV-Vis spectra, fluorescent spectra, cyclic voltammetry and photoluminescence(PL) spectra. The optical band gap Eg of the conjugated polymer is 2.14 eV, the electronic band gap Eg is 2.06eV, EHOMO is - 5.56 eV and ELUMO is - 3.50 eV.
