摘　　要： 为提高雪茄烟纸的品质,利用木质纤维基片经烟草提取液涂布后制备烟草提取液涂布的雪茄烟纸,对打浆工艺条件和助燃剂的添加量进行了优化。结果表明:本色针叶木浆、漂白阔叶木浆和漂白麻浆的最佳打浆度和掺配比例为:80°SR,70%;40°SR,20%;70°SR,10%;助燃剂柠檬酸钾用量10%,同时烟草提取液的涂布量选择10 g/m2。在此条件下烟草提取液涂布的雪茄烟纸的L*a*b*值和色差分别为50.72,13.68,36.18和0.39;其抗张强度、透气度、伸长率和阴燃速率分别为1.69 kN/m,60.84 CU,3.13%和149 s/150 mm,以上指标完全能够满足雪茄烟纸的技术和工业生产要求;卷烟感官评价结果表明,与普通雪茄烟纸相比,烟草提取液涂布的雪茄烟纸卷制的卷烟杂气减少,刺激性降低,谐调性和香气量增加。 In order to improve the quality of cigar wrapping paper, the paper-base of ligneous fiber was coated with tobacco extract. The parameters of pulping and the addition rate of combustion improver, potassium citrate, were optimized. The results showed that the optimal parameters were： the pulping degree and blending ratio for unbleached softwood pulp, bleached hardwood pulp and bleached flax pulp, 80 °SR, 70%; 40 °SR, 20% and 70 °SR, 10%, respectively; the rate of potassium citrate, 10%; and the coating rate of tobacco extract, 10 g/m2. Under that conditions, the values of L＇, a＇, b＇ and chromatism of the prepared paper were 50.72, 13.68, 36.18 and 0.39, respectively; and its tensile strength, air permeability, elongation rate and smoldering rate were 1.69 kN/m, 60.84 CU, 3.13% and 149 s/150 mm, respectively; which met the technical and industrial production requirements for cigar wrapping paper. And the results of cigarette sensory evaluation indicated that comparing with common cigar wrapping paper, the prepared paper featured lower offensive odor and irritation and better the amount of aroma and harmony of cigar smoke.
