摘　　要： 非政府组织(NGO)已成为当今国际事务中不可忽视的重要伙伴。中国的非政府组织也迅速发展并不断壮大,逐渐对我国经济社会产生重要影响,但是在其发展过程中也出现了一些问题。文章以其他国家非政府组织的发展情况为出发点,认真分析国外非政府组织的管理模式及其对境外非政府组织的管理制度,总结和借鉴其有益经验,结合我国的具体国情,为我国的非政府组织的发展和监管制度建设提供参考。 The non - governmental organization （NGO） has become an important partner in international affairs today. NGOs in China have grown rapidly and they gradually have an important impact on China＇s economy and society. However, there are some problems in its development process. The article takes the development situation of other national NGO as a starting point, analy- zes the management model, and summarizes their experiences. Considering China＇s specific conditions, the findings will be of referential value to the development of NGOs in China.
