摘　　要： ＷＴＯ《农业协议》是以实现全球农产品贸易自由化为目标，它的生效将引起世界农产品价格、市场开放、世界进出口贸易格局以及农产品国际贸易规则等方面的显著变化，对世界农产品市场以及国际农业发展产生、深远的影响。这将不可避免地影响到越来越国际化的中国畜牧业。本文讨论了中国加入ＷＴＯ后，对中国畜牧业发展带来的机遇和挑战，以及面对这种机遇与挑战，我们应如何对畜牧业发展的思路和有关政策、措施等进行调整，创造条件加速我国畜产品质优、高效进程，提高国际市场竞争力。 The objective of WTO 《Agricultural Agreement》is to realize the trade freedom of farm products in global. With its effect, the significant changes will take place, including price, market opening, imports and exports, and the rules of international trade on farm products. It will influence greatly and far - reaching on the world market of farm products and the development of international agriculture. It will be inevitable, the more internationalization, the more influence on the development of Chinese animal husbandry. The new challenges and opportunities were discussed in this pa- per, after China joining the WTO, and how to confront the challenges and opportunities. Our country should adjust the developing clues and correlated policies, create development conditions, speed up the procedure of farm products high quality and effective, increase the ability of competition in the international market.
