摘 要: 针对高速数控冲床主传动以液压驱动为主导,以伺服驱动技术全数字化为发展趋势,提出一种以2D高频数字阀为核心控制元件的高速数控冲床液压控制系统,并分析该系统的工作原理以及控制原理,该系统具有油缸输出力可控,冲切频率可调,工作行程以及上、下死点可设定,冲头在油缸的有效行程内位移可任意调整从而实现无级可控的功能。并对该液压系统的主要参数进行了设计和计算。 A trend of hydraulic control system of NC punching machine was going to digitization, so a hydraulic control system of NC punching machine was proposed based on 2D high frequency digital valve. The work principle and control principle were analyzed. It is shown that the output force, the frequency and the displacement of the cylinder in the hydraulic control system are controllable. Specifically, the displacement is continuously control. The parameters of the hydraulic control system were also calculated.
