摘　　要： 韩国大学国际化战略围绕几个方面展开:通过"BK21计划"推动顶尖研究型大学建设;通过"留学韩国项目"吸引国外生源;通过"全球大学校园计划"把国外优质教育资源引入韩国;通过设立海外校区走出去。韩国大学在国际化中遇到的许多问题也是现今我国面临的问题。韩国的经验启示我们,中国大学也需从单一向度的国际化走向多维度国际化,坚持自身文化身份认同,建设高质量师资队伍和特色化课程体系,从本质上提升高等教育竞争力。 The policies and strategies for higher education internationalization in Korea focus on four core directions： to support top research universities through ＂BK21 Project＂ with funding based on the principles of selection and concentration ; to attract more international students through ＂Study Korea Project＂ ; to introduce high quality foreign educational resource to Korea through ＂Global University Campus Project＂ ; and to set international branch campuses in foreign countries, etc. The effect of internationalization policy in Korea can give us some implications on developing effective strategies to avoid resource waste caused by quantitative performance evaluation. We should promote competitiveness through building distinctive international curriculum system and attracting high quality faculty groups.
