摘　　要： 成为"双师型"教师是高职师资队伍建设的方向,思想政治课教师向"双师型"教师转型是其中的重要环节。只有从当前高职思想政治课教师队伍现状出发,明确其向"双师型"教师转型的基本要求和主要途径,才可能把这支教师队伍造就成真正的"双师"。 Becoming dual-qualification teacher is the direction on construction of teachers in Higher Vocation, the transition of the teachers on Ideological and Political Theory Course of becoming dual- qualification teacher is one of the important elements we should take into account. Only we study from the actuality of the teachers on Ideological and Political Theory Course in present Higher Vocation, ascertaining the basic demand and primary channel of the change of becoming dual-qualification teacher, can we make it the teachers on Ideological and Political Theory Course of possible to make them become dual-qualification teachers.
