摘　　要： 本文在对前期研究中构建的政府门户网站公众满意度(GWPSI)结构模型描述的基础上,采用问卷调查、因子分析、专家访谈等方法获取了GWPSI结构模型中各结构变量的观测变量并建立了GWPSI测评模型。最后针对GWPSI测评模型的特点及其应用做出说明。 On the basis of the GWPSI structural model description, the paper sets observed variables related to the corre- sponding latent variables in GWPSI structural model and the GWPSi Evaluation Model by the Questionnaire survey Factor a- nalysis and Expert interview. At last, it analyzes the characters and application of GWPSI Evaluation Model.
