摘 要: 本研究采用《大学教师工作压力量表》对西藏高校96名辅导员进行职业压力现状调查。结果发现,西藏高校辅导员在工作负荷、工作乐趣两个分量表上得分显著高于内地高校辅导员,在学校类型、不同的工作性质、职业兴趣等对西藏高校辅导员的工作压力有显著影响。 This paper is the result of a survey of 96 university advisors in Tibet done with the College Working Stress Scale. These advisors scored notably higher than their counterparts working for inland universities in both the subscales of workload and job pleasure. School type, job nature and occupational interest are the factors appreciably influencing the advisors' work stress.
