摘　　要： 通过对我国社会体育职业资格准入制度的现状描述、社会体育指导员素质与能力结构调查与分析,对高校社会体育专业人才培养的学制学段、目标定位、发展方向、课程设置、实践教学等方面提出了体育专业人才培养创新模式,以适应职业资格准入制度下对体育职业人才培养的新要求。 Studying the status quo of social sports professional qualification admittance system, description quality and ability structure, social sports instructors, the investigation and analysis, this article analyzed the social sports professional talent training in colleges goal orientation, development direction, courses, practice teaching aspect and other innovation of talent cultivation mode.
