摘　　要： 联盟已然成为企业克服不确定性、获取有利竞争位势、提升价值创造能力的主要战略选择，而联盟管理能力是企业能否从联盟网络中获取潜在价值的关键驱动要素。本文在对相关文献评述的基础上，探讨了联盟管理面临的挑战与风险，联盟管理能力的理论基础与研究内涵，同时借助于对珠三角地区企业的问卷调查和数据分析，明确了联盟管理能力的三个结构维度：联盟协调能力、联盟沟通能力与联盟黏合能力。数据分析结果表明，由3个维度共计15个计量项目组成的联盟管理能力量表具有较好的可靠性、会聚有效性与鉴别有效性，为大规模结盟背景下联盟管理能力的深入研究奠定了扎实的理论基础。 Many firms take alliance as one of the most important strategic choices to overcome uncertainty, obtain thvorable position and enhance value creation capability. Then. alliance management capability is a vital driving factor lbr enterprises to gain potential value from alliance porttblio. Based on literature review, this paper analyzes the risks and challenges of alliance management, explores the theoretical foundation and components of alliance management capability. Using the survey data for firms in Pearl River Delta Region, this paper finds that alliance management capability is composed of coordinating capability, communication capability and bonding capability. The results of data analysis indicate that this measurement has good performance on internal consistency, convergent and discriminant validity. This research develops a comprehensive framework of alliance management capability in Chinese context.
