摘　　要： 本文对国内外公司创业最新研究文献进行了回顾和整理。首先，对公司创业的各种定义和存在的两个争论进行了介绍；其后，根据研究的出发点究竟是寻找影响“企业整体”创业行为的因素还是致力于挖掘驱动“企业内个体”表现出创业行为的因素这两条研究主线，对公司创业行为的前因变量进行了梳理；随后，在整理结果变量的基础上，对影响公司创业与其结果变量之间关系的内外情境变量进行了归纳；最后，本文还回顾了公司创业过程的研究轨迹，并结合中国情境指出了未来研究需要特别关注的内容。 This paper makes a comprehensive review of corporate entrepreneurship studies based on latest literature in this field. Firstly, the various definitions of corporate entrepreneurship and two main controversial views are discussed. Secondly, according to different starting points of study, the second part divides influencing study of corporate entrepreneurship into two categories, the one category try to find out the influencing factors of corporate entrepreneurship on corporate level, while the other commit to dig out factors which drive individual employee of corporate exhibiting entrepreneurial behavior. Thirdly, the third part summarizes the internal and external situational variables that influence the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and its outcomes： Finally, the paper reviews the research trajectory of corporate entrepreneurship process, and introduces several special points for future research in Chinese context
