摘　　要： 本文从实现弱势群体信息获取权出发,分析了图书馆在其中的重要作用,包括提供图书馆保存的各种知识信息、开展社会教育、提供文化娱乐等。提出了图书馆为实现弱势群体的信息获取权所采取的措施,包括图书馆对读者零选择,免费提供各种技能培训、或者其需要的各种信息,建立社区图书馆、移动图书馆,帮助弱势群体树立公众信息获取权的平等意识等。 From the fight of disadvantaged groups to access information, the article analyzed the important role of the library in which the library saved all kinds of knowledge and information, including the provision of social education, culture and entertainment. For vulnerable groups of the right to access information library must take measures, including the library to zero readers choice; providing free training of a variety of skills, or a variety of information to their needs; establishing community libraries, mobile libraries; helping establish the sense of equality to obtain the right of disadvantaged groups to access public information and so on.
