摘 要: 为了解我国高校教师的科研伦理意识和科研伦理行为状况,并探索高校教师科研伦理意识与伦理行为之间的关系,对全国范围内621名教师,以自编高校教师专业伦理状况调查问卷进行调查。调查结果显示,各种科研论理项目抽样基本都有超过50%的结论,甚至有超过80%,科研行为的发生率在所有18个科研行为中均有统计学差异(p均<0.05)。表明高校教师的科研伦理意识和伦理行为既有不足,也有合乎伦理要求之处,且其科研伦理意识与科研伦理行为有统计学相关,可以通过提高教师的科研伦理意识来改善其科研伦理行为。 The paper is to explore the ethical awareness and behaviors of university professors in China and the relationship between their awareness and behaviors. Through the questionaire to 621 professors around the country on "Ethical Behav- iors of University Professors", the paper gets the result that more than 50% covers all sorts of relevant selective project, some even more than 80% , the incidence of its scientific behavior in all 18 scientific research behavior is statistically sig- nificant ( p 〈 0.05 ). The paper gets the conclusion that the professors reported are both ethical and pracitcal. Besides, the study also suggests that their behaviors could be promoted by their enhanced awareness.
