摘 要: 以岳阳产迷迭香干叶为原料,首次采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取迷迭香精油。获得了以石油醚作为萃取剂的同时蒸馏萃取法提取迷迭香精油的优化工艺:料液比1∶8(g/mL,下同),原料颗粒度120~140目,提取时间2.0h,精油平均干基得率达4.184%。利用GC-MS技术,确定了同时蒸馏萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法提取的迷迭香精油中的主要化学成分及其含量。同时蒸馏萃取技术适用于迷迭香精油的提取,具有精油得率高,溶剂用量适中,能较好地保护精油中有效成分等优点。 In this paper, the Simultaneous Distillation Extraction Method (SDE) is adopted for extrac- ting the essential oil from Rosmarinus officinalis L. dried leaves that planted in Yueyang County. The optimal extraction technology of essential oil from Rosmarinus officinalis L. dried leaves by SDE method is obtained as follows, solid-liquid ratio is 1 = 8(g/mL), particle size of the raw material is 120-140 mesh and extracting time is 2 h. The average yield of essential oil is up to 4. 184%. The chemical composition, including the chemical structure and relative content of each component of rosemary essential oil extracted by SDE method and Steam Distillation Method (SD) are determined by GC-MS technology. The SDE technology is suitable for the extraction of essential oil from Rosmarinus officinalis L. because of such advantages as high yield, temperate solvent dosage and strong protective effect to those active ingredients in essential oil, etc.
