摘 要: 根据日常生活批判理论,教师专业生活属于一种非日常生活,与日常生活在目标、内容、环境、基本活动方式、维持条件等方面有很大的不同。"教师专业生活"可以界定为:教师在特定的教育环境和自己的专业领域内,通过持续性的学习、思考和教育活动,提升自己的专业发展水平,并运用所获得的专业素质促进学生全面发展的创造性思维和创造性实践过程;也指这一生命活动过程所达到的程度或取得的结果。探讨教师专业生活对于提升教师专业生活质量,促进教师专业发展等具有重要意义。 According to the theory of critique of everyday life, teachers' professional life is not a kind of everyday life and different from everyday life in target, content, environment, basic way of action and maintaining conditions. It can be defined as a process of teachers' creative thinking and practice in which teachers improve their professional development level by continuous learning, thinking and attending edu- cational activities, and promote the comprehensive development of students by using the obtained profes- sional qualities in specific educational environment and their own professional field~ it also refers to the lev- el reached or results achieved during the process. It is of great significance to examine teachers' profes- sional life so as to improve the quality of teachers' professional life and promote teachers' professional de- velopment.
