摘 要: 建立高效液相色谱法测定3-丁酰氨基-1,2,4-苯并三嗪-1,4-二氧化物的含量。采用Diamonsil C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇-水(40∶60),流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:274 nm,柱温:25℃。结果在所选定的液相色谱条件下,3-丁酰氨基-1,2,4-苯并三嗪-1,4-二氧化物与有关物质完全分离;并且在12~42μg.mL-1(r=0.999 8,n=6)范围内线性关系良好,检测限为1.5 ng,定量限为4.5 ng。说明方法简便、灵敏、重复性好,可用于3-丁酰氨基-1,2,4-苯并三嗪-1,4-二氧化物含量测定。 To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination content of 3-bu- tyrylamide-1,2,4-benzotriazine-1,4-dioxide, the analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil ClS (5 i^m,4. 6 mm x 250 mm) column and a mobile phase of methanol-water(40: 60). The flow rate was 1.0 mL ~ rain-1 and the detection wave length was set at 274 nm and kept at 25 ~C. It is resulted that was a good isolation between 3-butyrylamide-1, 2,4-benzotriazine-1,4-two dioxide and its related substances; it was in good linearity in the range of 12 ~42 Ixg " mL- ~ ( r = 0. 999 8, n = 6). The limit of the detection is 1.5 ng, the limit of the quantity is 4. 5 ng. It is conclused that method is simple, sensitive, better reproducible and reliable for the determination of 3-butyrylamide-1,2,4- benzotriazine-1,4-dioxide.
