摘　　要： 金融是有历史的,是有文化内涵的,是有民族性特征的,经济学金融学有其特定的服务对象,人文金融观认为国家民族利益是经济学金融学服务与保护的对象,金融学具有鲜明的民族性特征。金融学是人学、人文之学,是社会科学,她离不开哲学的人文关怀与关爱,而秉持经济学金融学人文价值观必然是经济金融学家的神圣使命与历史责任。 Finance is the historical and cultural connotations, is a nauonat feature.
