摘 要: 为探讨饲料脂肪水平对奥尼罗非鱼幼鱼生长发育、饲料利用及血液指标的影响,将180尾初始体重为(17.0±0.5)g的奥尼罗非鱼随机分成4组(试验1、2、3、4组),以豆油作为脂肪源,按2.5%、5.5%、8.5%和11.5%的比例添加到基础饲料中,试验期56 d。结果显示:饲料中脂肪水平的变化对奥尼罗非鱼幼鱼的特定生长率和肥满度无显著影响,试验2、3组的增重率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05);试验鱼每日摄食量无显著差别,但试验2、3组的饲料效率显著优于试验4组(P<0.05),试验2组蛋白质效率最高;试验4组水分含量显著低于其他三组,而脂肪含量随饲料中脂肪水平的提高而明显上升(P<0.05);随饲料中脂肪水平的提高血清总蛋白质、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白浓度均显著提高(P<0.05),试验2组甘油三酯水平最高。综合考虑,饲料中脂肪水平为7.6%~10.7%最有利于饲料利用及鱼体健康。 A study was conducted to determine the effect of lipid levels on growth,the body composition and blood biochemical index in hybrid tilapia.A total of 180 fish with (17.0± 0.5) g body weight,were divided into 4 groups,which were fed experimental diets added with 2.5,5.5,8.5 and 11.5% soybean oil (trial 1,2,3 and 4) for 56.The results showed that:Specific growth rate and condition factor were not significantly different among groups,weight gain rate of group 2,3 were significantly higher than others (P 〈 0.05).Specifically,the feed efficiency ratio of group 2 and 3 were significantly higher than that of group 4 ,while the fish of group 2 achieved the best protein efficiency ratio.Moisture in body of group 4 was significantly higher than the other 3 groups (P 〈 0.05 ).Crude lipid was significantly increased with the diet lipid level increasing (P 〈 0.05).Total protein,triacylglycerol,cholesterol,highdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol and lowdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol in serum were significantly increased with dietary lipid level increasing (P 〈 0.05).Triacylglycerol of group 2 was the highest.The results indicated that dietary lipid levels in 7.6% - 10.7% was most conducive to feed utilization and fish health.
