摘 要: 采用钾长石、高岭土、石英、骨灰、滑石、方解石、锆英石等常用原料,通过大量实验确定了基础乳浊釉的配方,添加镨黄、铬绿、钴蓝、包裹红这四种色料成功制备了较好的乳浊色釉。结果表明,钴蓝、铬绿、镨黄色料适应磷乳浊釉,包裹红色料则适应锆乳浊釉;钴蓝最佳加入量为6%,铬绿、包裹红为8~10%,镨黄为10%。 The opaque base glaze formula is determined through experiments with commonly-used raw materials such as potassium feldspar, kaolin, quartz, bone ash, talc, calcite and zirconite. Then preferable opaque colored glazes were successfully prepared by adding to the base glaze batch praseodymium yellow, chrome green, cobalt blue, and inclusion red, respectively. The results show that cobalt blue, chrome green and praseodymium yellow are adaptable to phosphorus opaque glaze while inclusion red is adaptable to zirconium opaque glaze; the optimal doping amounts of cobalt blue, chrome green, inclusion red, and praseodymium yellow are respectively 6%, 8-10%, 8-10%, and 10%.
