摘　　要： 高职院校校园文化与行业文化的互动与交融是由高职教育的本质要求与人才培养目标决定的。加强二者的互动与交融可通过以下途径:第一,明确高职院校校园文化与行业文化互动与交融的指导思想;第二,引入优秀的行业企业文化,建设开放式的校园文化;第三,高职院校校园文化建设应呈现多元化、多样化、多渠道化;第四,找准二者的契合点,构建学习型组织文化;第五,确立二者的互动长效机制。 The interaction and blending between campus culture of higher vocational college and vocational culture is the essential requirement and intellect cultivation objective of higher vocational education. The following approaches should be observed ： firstly, the definition of guiding ideology; secondly, the introduction to the excenent vocational enterprise culture and constructing the opening campus culture; thirdly, constructing the multi - body, diversification, multichannel campus culture of higher vocational college; fourthly, finding out bonding point and constructing the learning organizational culture; fifthly, establishing the continuous mechanism.
