摘　　要： 我国农村社区建设正处于初级阶段，对于推进社会主义新农村建设、构建和谐社会具有重大的意义。农村社区的建设涉及农村社会发展的多个方面，需要党和政府、广大社会力量的广泛积极参与。本文通过分析大学生志愿者参与农村社区建设的现状及功能定位，积极探索大学生志愿者有效参与农村社区建设的基本途径，并提出对策以促进大学生志愿者参与农村社区建设实现可持续发展。 The rural community construction in our country is in the primary stage, and is of great significance for promoting the socialist new rural construction and constructing a harmonious society. The rural community construction involves vari- ous aspects of the rural social development, and needs the widely active participation of our party and the government and the broad social forces. This paper analyzes the present situation and function orientation of the college student volunteers in participating in the rural community construction, actively explores the basic ways of effective participating in the rural com- munity construction, and puts forward countermeasures to promote college student volunteers to participate in the rural com- munity construction so as to realize the sustainable development.
