摘 要: 为开展橡胶林生物多样性动态监测,2012年由中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所在海南儋州试验场四队橡胶林中建立了1 hm2动态监测样地。基于海南儋州1 hm2橡胶林动态监测样地的高程数据,介绍了R软件等高线图、三维立体图等方面的应用,希望对R软件的初学者有所帮助。 In order to monitor biodiversity of rubber forest, a dynamic plot with an area of 1 hm2 of rubber forest was established by Rubber Research Institute of CATAS in Danzhou, Hainan in 2012. The construction technology and field protocol followed those applied in the establishment of the 50 hm2 plot in the tropical forest of Barro Colorado Island in Panama, developed by Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in 1980. Due to its free, open source, powerful statistical analysis and perfect mapping function, R software was used by foreign scholars in the analyzing the complicated data of ecology. However, R software is not been well understand and used by most domestic scholars. In view of this, this article briefly introduced some application examples of R software in drawing contour map and three-dimensional map based on the field survey data of a 1 hm2 dynamic monitoring plot of rubber forest in Danzhou. And we hope this paper could help beginners for R software.
