摘 要: 大学实验课程是对本科生进行科学研究基本训练、培养学生创新素质和实践能力的重要课程。目前实验教学中,验证性实验较多,而综合性、设计性实验相对不足。为了培养本科生的科研素质和提高综合实验技能,我们在2009级丁颖实验班中开设了"生命科学研究性实验"课程。就生命科学研究性实验课程的设计理念、实验课题的筛选、实验教学管理以及实验教学的组织方式等方面进行了经验总结,希望为研究性实验课程的教学改革提供参考和借鉴。 Experiment course is one of the important curriculums for undergraduate students to train scientific research skills and devel- op innovative spirit and practical ability. However, there is an obvious problem on less comprehensive designing experiments and more proving experiments in the experimental teaching. In order to train the students abilities of scientific research and enhance students comprehensive experimental skills, the course of research experiments of life science has been offered for Grade 2009 DingYing class. Here, we showed that some experience was obtained from the teaching reform in research experiments curriculum of life science inclu- ding the designing ideas, setting of the experiments, management and organization for experimental teaching. It is expected that these experience will provide some references for the reform of research experiments courses.
