基于k-ε湍流模型的方锥管布浆器的流动特性

摘  要: 为了研究简化型方锥管布浆器的流动特性,采用计算流体动力学方法,运用标准k-ε模型、RNG k-ε模型和Realizable k-ε模型等三种湍流模型对布浆器内流动特性进行了数值计算。结果表明,由于方锥管的简化设计,在总管内存在明显的压力梯度,支管对应位置的压力非常不均匀,支管束的质量流量分布与期望分布偏差较大。三种湍流模型中,RNG k-ε模型和Realizable k-ε模型的计算结果一致,标准k-ε模型偏差较大。 In order to study flow characteristic of simplified rectangularly tapered distributor, the computation fluid dynamic (CFD) method was adopted to study flow characteristic of distributor under three turbulence models, namely standard k-ε model, RNG k-ε model and realizable k-ε model respectively. The results show that there is obvious pressure gradient in the head because of simplified design of distributor and pressure is very non-uniform in the locations corresponding with branch pipes. So there were notable deviations of mass flow rate between results and the expected value. According to the results and analysis, the computation results based on RNG k-ε model are the same as realizable k-ε model and there is obvious deviation in the results based on standard k-ε model.
