摘 要: 为了更好地观察淀粉酶与蔗糖酶反应产物还原糖与碱性铜试剂反应后的颜色变化,建议在反应的最后加一步过滤步骤。 In order to observe the color changes occurred in the reaction by reducing sugar which was produced in the catalytic reaction by amylase and invertase respectively with alkaline copper reagent, a filtering step was suggested.
