摘 要: 近十年来,特别是近几年来,有机化学工作者将无溶剂条件下的有机化学反应提出来进行专门的研究。大量研究结果证明[1-4],许多有机化学反应可以在无溶剂下进行,取得了令人欣喜的结果。与有溶剂条件下的有机反应相比, Methyl dihydroxyethyl allyl ammonium chloride(MDAAC)was synthesized from N-methyl diethanolamine(MDEA)and allyl chloride by the solvent-free synthesis method.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and reactant molar ratio on reaction conversion rate were studied.The optimum process of synthesizing MDAAC obtained by orthogonal experiment was 60 min reaction time,50℃ reaction temperature and 1∶1.3 molar ratio of MDEA and allyl chloride.The target product was purified by recrystallization and the yield of product was 97%.The structure of product was characterized by IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR.
