摘　　要： 档案信息资源多元化配置中,政府主体、市场组织和第三部门都是不可或缺的,三者可以优化互补、互助合作。立足于"资源共享"与"效益优化"的配置原则,多元化配置应当采取以政府主体为主导、市场组织和第三部门为手段的复合方式,并从多个层面实现复合方式的优化。 In the process of diversified allocation of archival information resources, the government, the mar- ket and the third sector are all dispensable. Their relationships are complementary and co-operational. From the allocation prospective of resources sharing and benefit optimization, we should take the govern- ment as the leader and the market and the third sector as the means in diversified allocation.
