摘　　要： 建设新型大国关系,对于明确中美关系的相互定位、确定中美关系的长期发展方向具有重要意义。新型大国关系是在国际体系权势转移过程中形成的一种既存在一定战略竞争,又能实现双边关系平稳发展,且双方能在一定范围内进行较为稳定的合作的关系。中美新型大国关系建设的顺利与否,很大程度上取决于中美权势转移的速度和方式、中美认知的汇聚过程、中美两国政策推动的力度,以及中美围绕新型大国关系建设在战略与利益层面上的博弈。新型大国关系的建设不可能一蹴而就,需要双方做出长期和持续的努力。 Building new type of great power relations is critical for clarifying the interrelationship between the United States and China and determining the long term direction of the relationship.New type of great power relations refers to a bilateral relationship that emerges within the process of power transition in the international system that is characterized by a certain level of strategic competition,but which also develops with adequate stability to permit states to engage in a certain range of cooperative activities.Whether China and the US can develop new type of great power relations depends largely on the speed and means of power transition between the two countries,on dynamics related to their mutual perceptions towards one another,on the force that the two powers put behind their bilateral policies,and on the struggle at strategic and material interests level surrounding the building of new type of great power relationship.New type of great power relations cannot simply be built over night,but require long term and sustained efforts.
