广东黑石顶自然保护区森林次生演替不同阶段土壤种子库的研究

摘  要: 对黑石顶森林次生演替过程中土壤种子库的研究表明:演替各阶段的种子库的种类组成以草本种、灌木种占优势,分别为20.35%~66.67%和16.09%~35.40%,乔木种的比例很小,为0.35%~11.76%;演替初期种子库的种类最多,为31种,针阔混交林阶段最少,为22种,阳生性常绿阔叶林阶段种类增加至30种,至中生性常绿阔叶林阶段基本保持稳定为25~26种。种子库中各层出现的物种数由上而下逐渐减少,表层(0~2cm)有18~31种,中层(2~5cm)有10~15种,下层(5~10cm)有4~11种;各层种子密度在演替初期和针阔叶混交林阶段由上而下递减,在常绿阔叶林阶段由上而下递增。演替各阶段土壤种子库间的相似系数都较大,在0.561~0.792之间,各群落种子库间的相似性形成一个由恢复初期群落种子库→针阔叶混交林种子库→阳生性常绿阔叶林种子库→中生性常绿阔叶林种子库的演替系列,反映了种子库所代表的群落间的演替关系。演替初期阶段种子库的组成与地上植被的种类组成较一致,达50%,而演替其它阶段的种子库与地上植被的种类组成差异较大,相似度仅为10%~30%。 The soil seed-banks of a secondary succession of lower subtropical forest in Heishiding Nature Reserve, Guangdong Province, were studied with results as follows: soil seed banks were numerically dominated by herbs and shrubs which made up 20% ~ 67% and 16% ~ 35 % of seeds respectively. Tree species accounted for between 0. 35% and 12% of seeds. The greatest richness of seed-bank species was found in the early successional sites (maximum richness 31 species). The lowest richness occurred in broad-leaved forest with 22 species. In evergreen broad-leaved forest dominated by heliophytes seed-bank richness increased to 30 species, while the seed bank of evergreen broad leaved forest dominated by mesophytes contained 25~26 species. The number of new species decreased with depth in the seed bank. 18~ 31 species were found in the surface layer (0~ 2cm ), 10~ 15 species in the middle layer (2~ 5cm) and 4~ 11 species in the lower layer (5 ~ 10cm ). In the early succession and mixed forest stages, the density of seed decreased with depth, but in the evergreen broad-leaved forest seed density increased with depth. The similarity coefficients of seed-banks were between 0. 551 and 0. 792 among all stages of the secondary successional series. The similarity of seed banks of secondary successional series indicated a successional trend: seed bank in restored community→mixed forest→evergreen broad-leaved forest dominated by heliophytes→evergreen broad-leaved forest dominated by mesophytes. Only in the early successional stages was the species composition of seed-banks consistent with that of the above ground community, in all other stages seed-bank and above ground species compositions differed.
