摘 要: 旗叶自然衰退过程中光合膜特性变化的结果表明 ,光合功能高值持续期类囊体膜电子传递活性均维持较高水平 ,多肽组分也维持相对稳定 ;进入光合功能的速降期后 ,活性呈快速下降趋势 ,类囊体膜小分子多肽等组分均出现不同程度降解。旗叶全展后叶绿体 ATP含量在高值持续期维持一定水平 ;进入速降期后 ,对应于光合膜电子传递活性及 P/O值 ,叶绿体 ATP含量变化存在“滞后”的现象 ;强光逆境下 ,速降期类囊体电子传递活性受抑制程度比高值持续期明显。 After flag leaf full expansion,the photosynthetic functional decline process was divided into active photosynthetic duration and sharp fall phase.During the active photosynthetic duration,the photosynthetic membranes maintained higher electron transport activities and ATP content.The polypeptide components of photosynthetic membranes remained relative steady.During the sharp fall phase,there was a rapid decrease in activities of photosynthetic membrane.Small molecular polypeptides of thylakoid membranes were degraded.The decrease of ATP content shows ‘delaying’ state.The decreasing of thylakoid membrane electron transport activities in sharp fall phase were significantly higher than that of active photosynthetic duration under strong illumination stress.
