麦草化机浆仿酶预处理工艺
A Novel CMP Process of Wheat Straw Pretreated by GIF Biomimetic Method

摘  要: 对麦草进行GIF仿酶预处理,然后补加氢氧化钠进行碱抽提,两段磨浆后得到麦草浆。利用FQA纤维仪、扫描电镜及光学显微镜分析麦草浆中纤维的质量和形态,并研究氢氧化钠加入量对纤维及纸张强度指标的影响。结果表明,随着氢氧化钠用量的增加,纤维束逐渐减少,同时细小纤维和纤维的重均长度大幅度增加;纸浆得率逐渐降低,手抄片的裂断长、环压强度指数、紧度、撕裂指数和耐破指数随着氢氧化钠用量的增加而增加。通过分析发现,当氢氧化钠用量为5.0%时,纤维形态较完整且挺直,纤维分散良好;此时手抄片的裂断长为4.43km,环压强度指数为13.47Nm·g-1,紧度为0.55g·cm-3。符合A级瓦楞纸的强度要求。 GIF biomimetic system was applied to the pretreatment of CMP pulpinging of wheat straw. The pretreated wheat straw was extracted with alkali. Wheat straw CMP was obtained after two stage refining. FQA fiber quality analyzer and microscope were used to investigate the quality and morphology of fiber of the pulp. With the increase of sodium hydroxide dosage, fiber bundle decreased remarkably, while the content of fiber fines and length weighted average fiber length increased greatly. However, results also indicated that yield of wheat straw ptflp decreased, while breaking length, ring crush index, density, tear index, and burst index of handsheet increased with the increase of sodium hydroxide amount. The optimal technological condition obtained from experiment was as follows: dosage of sodium hydroxide 5.0%, temperature 30℃. Physical properties of the obtained handsheet were as follows: breaking length of sheet 4.43 km, ring crush index 13.47 N·m·g^-1, density 0.55 g·cm^-3. The strength of the paper was in full compliance with Corrugating medium A-class standards.
