各层孔径变化对3层复合滤纸过滤性能的影响

摘  要: 复合滤纸结构设计的合理与否对其过滤性能的发挥具有重要的影响,而孔径结构在复合滤纸的结构设计中占有重要地位。本文制备出各层具有不同孔径的3层复合滤纸,在控制复合滤纸总阻力和定量不变的情况下,研究各层孔径变化对复合滤纸的过滤性能(如过滤效率、纳污容量)的影响。研究表明:复合滤纸过滤效率的高低无法仅依靠平均孔径做出评估,需考虑各层孔径不同产生的影响;此外,孔径梯度结构设计的合理与否对材料纳污容量的影响较大,在过滤效率接近时,纳污容量最大可相差1.54倍。 The structure design of composite filter paper has a great influence on filtration properties, and pore structure plays an important role in composite filter paper design, the three-layer composite filter paper with different pore size of each layer was prepared. As to the impact of pore size, the composite filter paper's filtration properties such as filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity were investigated under the same filtration resistance and basic weight, the results showed that it's inadequate to evaluate filtration efficiency of the composite filter paper by mean pore size and the influence of the pore size change of each layer should be considered. In addition, the pore size design of gradient structure significantly affects the material's dirt holding capacity. For different composite filter paper with similar filtration efficiency, the maximum dirt holding capacity is 1.54 times of the minimum.
