摘 要: 为研究微重力条件下对植物生长发育的影响 ,本试验通过微重力仪连续改变方向来获得模拟微重力条件 ,对该模拟条件下马铃薯的组培苗进行了过氧化物酶同工酶谱及RAPD分子标记的实验。结果表明 ,微重力条件下马铃薯植株的过氧化物同Ⅰ酶谱出现了新的谱带且同工酶活性高于对照。RAPD方法利用 1 0碱基随机引物扩增基因组DNA ,结果说明其遗传物质没有发生变化。在微重力处理 1周后检测 ,发现处理与对照之间的过氧化物同I酶谱基本趋于一致 。 To Study the effects of microgravity on plant growth and development, the biological differences were analysed in potato grown respectively in the simulated microgravity conditions and their correspondent ground controls.\;Isonenzymes analysis indicated that the microgravity samples showed differences in peroxidase:some new isoenzymes appeared and the activity of peroxidase increased. However, RAPD exhibited that genomes are not altered under simulated microgravity, one week after the treatment of microgravity, the peroxidase between the control and treatment samples tend to resemblances. RAPD detection indicated that genomes of control and treatment samples are the same.
