摘　　要： 为了提高纺织和染整工程专业本科毕业论文的质量,培养学生的综合能力,在纺织和染整工程专业本科毕业论文中建立了团队教学模式,从选题、团队分工与合作、教师指导等方面进行了积极的探索和实践。 In order to improve the quality of undergraduate dissertation of textile and dyeing and finishing engineering specialty and develop students＇comprehensive abilities, team-teaching model in undergraduate dissertation of textile and dyeing and finishing engineering speeiahy was set up. Exploration and practice was made in topic selection, distribution and cooperation of team work, teachers＇ guiding and so on.
