摘 要: 利用断口形貌观察、化学成分分析、显微组织检验、力学性能测试和粗糙度检测等手段,研究了一种调质型汽车发动机6DF1曲轴的早期断裂失效原因。结果表明,该曲轴的断裂位置发生在曲柄处,属于疲劳断裂,油孔内壁的加工刀痕是6DF1曲轴疲劳断裂的主要原因。 By fracture morphologies analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property test and roughness measurement, the reason of fracture failure was investigated for 6DF1 vehicle engine crankshaft heat treated by quenching and tempering The results show that the fracture occurs to the crank due to fatigue cracking. The cutting scar at the inner surface of oil hole is the original source of fatigue fracture of 6DF1 crankshaft.
