摘 要: 以聚乙烯醇为原料,甲醛为交联剂,添加活性炭和粉煤灰制备了一种新型的PVFM复合材料。考察了活性炭和粉煤灰用量对PVFM复合材料表观密度、吸水率和孔隙率的影响,确定了活性炭和粉煤灰的适宜添加量。用显微镜观察材料表观形态发现,PVFM复合材料孔径分布均匀,大小在0.1~0.55 mm之间。所制备的活性炭/粉煤灰-PVFM多孔复合材料综合性能良好。 Using the polyvinyl alcohol as raw material, formaldehyde as crosslinking agent, adding the activated carbon and fly ash, a new type of PVFM composite materials was prepared. The influence of the dosage of activated carbon and fly ash to PVFM composites were investigated by testing the properties of apparent density, water absorption and porosity. The suitable addition of activated carbon and fly ash was determined. The apparent structures of composites were characterized by optical microscope. The tests showed that the composites had interconnected pores distributed evenly in size 0. 1-0. 55 mm. The comprehensive performance of activated carbon/fly ash-PVFM porous composites were good.
