摘　　要： 近年来的大学扩招和"艺考热",使得普通高校设计艺术类专业大学生面临严峻的就业形势。高校内部教学资源分配不均、课程设置滞后等,是造成普通高校设计专业类大学生就业困难的重要因素。为改善就业形势,必须抓住机遇,努力提高学生的专业素养,创造良好的就业环境。 In recent years, with the expansion of university enrollment and ＂arts exam fever ＂, Design and Art majors in ordinary universities are faced with an increasingly severe employment situation. The uneven distri- bution of resources inside the university, a lag in courses order to improve the employment situation, opportunities offered result in students＇ employment dilemma. In must be seized and efforts must be made to improve the professionalism of the students and create a favorable environment for employment.
