摘　　要： 文章基于1998～2010年中国28个二位数制造业的面板数据,构建了投入、产出多项指标测算28个二位数制造业产业综合规模指数,反映中国制造业空间集聚动态变化趋势;进而对中国制造业资本积累动态效率与劳动力配置的边际效率变迁进行剖析,以探究制造业空间集聚过程中生产要素配置动态效率变化特征;并基于研究所得结果对中国制造业的发展提出若干政策建议。 Based on the panel data of 28 two-digit manufacturing industries from 1998 to 2010 in China, this paper built an input-output system measuring comprehensive scale index of 28 manufacturing industries which reflects the dynamic trends of spatial agglomeration of China＇ s manufacturing industries. Then it ana- lyzed the change of the dynamic efficiency of capital accumulation and the marginal efficiency of labor alloca- tion so as to explore the characteristics of dynamic efficiency change of allocation of production factors in the process of spatial agglomeration of China＇ s manufacturing industries. Finally, on the basis of research results, some policy suggestions for the development of China＇ s manufacturing industry were put forward.
