摘 要: MT丰富的巯基含量及重金属结合能力决定了它功能方面的多样性。本文综述了其高效可诱导性的启动子及其富含半胱氨酸的结构基因在细胞分子生物学 ,医学 ,农业及环保方面的转基因的应用及其发展过程。并对其在疾病诊断 ,环境保护等方面的前景进行了探讨。 The properties of highly metal binding and rich content of cysteine make MTs to play multiple crucial roles on physiology in life process.It is reviewed that the high efficient inducible promoter and frame gene coding rich cysteine peptide of MT were used by transgenic experiments in molecular biology,medicine,agriculture and environmental protection,and the process of these development.The prospects were evaluated in diagnosis of some disease and in application of environment by nearly future.
